We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Quarterly Insights Series – short, focused online workshops that bring fresh perspectives on leadership directly to you. 

 

Each session will explore a key dimension of modern leadership, offering practical takeaways you can apply immediately in your professional context.

 

First Session: Strengths-Based Leadership

  • Format: Online Workshop (MS TEAMS)
  • Fee: Free of charge (registration required)

 

In this one-hour session, we will explore how leaders can harness their unique strengths – and those of their teams – to create impact, foster engagement, and drive sustainable results. Based on the Gallup strengths framework, the workshop will offer insights, reflection prompts, and practical exercises for immediate use.

This session will be led by Beate Hagedorn, Executive Coach and Founder of One New Leadership, with 20 years of leadership experience and certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach.
